DESIGN

Fiat design is about 3 things: style, practicality and fun.

Looking good is important, so each of our cars is made to turn heads. But that's not all: we've packed them with innovative design twists that make your journeys easier, safer and a lot happier too.

Hit the road,
Fiat Style

Iconic Turin designers have created some of our most famous cars, from Pininfarina’s 124 Sport Spider, to Bertone’s X1/9 and the Cinquecento, which was created by Italdesign. It’s a legacy that continues today, with the Fiat 500 winning the Compasso d’Oro, Europe’s oldest and most prestigious design award.

Fiat Centro Stile

The Flat Centro Stile is our creative home
It’s based In Turin, the world’s capital of industrial design, and is where our ideas are brought to life. it’s a place that’s part of Fiat history.

Over the years, we’ve imagined and built cars here that are chic, joyful, sporty, classic and revolutionary. In 1957 we created the Fiat 500: an icon of chic contemporary design. We revolutionised the people carrier with the original Multipla In 1956, and again wIth the modern version in 1998.

Now, our cars range from the iconic Fiat 500 to the city-friendly Panda, the 500L and the 500X, one of the latest piece of design to come from the Centro Stile.

Each one embodies our central philosophy of combining practical design with dynamic styling and a playful personality.

FIAT 500

La Dolce Vita
Recognise me? The new Fiat 500’s movie star good looks and glamorous styling are a modern remake of the iconic original.

Those classic circular headlights and shiny handles are pure style: perfect for a road trip along the Riviera or just popping to the shops. Bellissimo.

It’s all in the detail
The Fiat 500 combiles retro glamour and contemporary cool. The vintage-style steering wheel and wheel valve caps are pure nostalgic class. The body-coloured dashboard adds a touch of modern elegance. And 14 ultra-modern colour choices will keep you looking good long into the future.

FIAT 500C

Legends grow too
The new 500Cs silhouette features the innovative sliding roof with its rounded shape which, equipped with a smooth electrically operated action, opens and incorporates the glass back window, the third stop light and the spoiler. An actual design object available in three hues: ivory, red and black.

The new design elements stand out, like the chrome strip that enhances the bumper, which houses the fog and reverse lights. Or like its new rear optical units, that integrate stop lights, the back light and the indicators, framing the body.

An unusual and bold solution, that underlines the 500C’s capacity to keep renovating, without losing its everlasting spirit.

FIAT 500X

Xpressive
The 500X expresses the values that have turned the 500 into an Icon recognIsed all over the world. A glance Is all It takes to make out the features that has inherIted from the historic model: the rounded double headlights, the trapeze shaped juttIng out  bonnet, the chromed wings on either side of the FIAT logo, and the air intakes that make the front and resemble a smiling face. At the back the separate light units, surrounded by a shiny rIng, the rounded rear window and the FIAT logo and chrome handle.

Today, 500X is available in its City Look version, in its more metropolitan and smart guise, with chrome details that highlight its value.
